RULES AND REGULATIONS
A) INNOVATION COMPETITION

​

  • Entry is open to all students from primary and secondary schools and students from institutions of higher learning (diploma/bachelor), as well as professionals (academic and non-academic).

  • The number of categories for each entry is as follows:     

    • Junior Inventor: Six (6) members : 5 students (Project Leader) + 1 teacher

    • Young Inventor: Six (6) members : 5 students (Project Leader) + 1 Project Supervisor

    • Professional Inventor: Six (6) members including Project Leader

  • e - CERTIFICATE of participation will be issued.

  • Only ONE medal for winners will be given. Additional medals will be charged upon request. Payment will be informed later.

  • Participants who have previously joined NSIEx with the same innovation project are not accepted.

  • The organiser has the right to reject any application it deems unsuitable for the competition.

  • The organiser reserves the right to reject any application in the event of falsification of information.

  • All decisions of the competition are final, and any disputes or appeals will not be entertained.

  • Registration is due on 15 AUGUST 2025.

  • The organiser reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.

 

 

B)  RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM

 

  • Entry is open to all professionals (academics) and students from institutions of higher learning (undergraduate and postgraduate levels).

  • e - CERTIFICATE of participation will be issued.

  • The organiser has the right to reject any application it deems unsuitable for the competition.

  • The organiser reserves the right to reject any application in the event of falsification of information.

  • Registration is due on 15 AUGUST 2025.

  • ​The organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
