RULES AND REGULATIONS
A) INNOVATION COMPETITION

Entry is open to all students from primary and secondary schools and students from institutions of higher learning (diploma/bachelor), as well as professionals (academic and non-academic).

The number of categories for each entry is as follows:

Junior Inventor: Six (6) members : 5 students (Project Leader) + 1 teacher

Young Inventor: Six (6) members : 5 students (Project Leader) + 1 Project Supervisor

Professional Inventor: Six (6) members including Project Leader

e - CERTIFICATE of participation will be issued.

Only ONE medal for winners will be given. Additional medals will be charged upon request. Payment will be informed later.

Participants who have previously joined NSIEx with the same innovation project are not accepted.

The organiser has the right to reject any application it deems unsuitable for the competition.

The organiser reserves the right to reject any application in the event of falsification of information.

All decisions of the competition are final, and any disputes or appeals will not be entertained.

Registration is due on 15 AUGUST 2025.

The organiser reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
B) RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM

Entry is open to all professionals (academics) and students from institutions of higher learning (undergraduate and postgraduate levels).

e - CERTIFICATE of participation will be issued.

The organiser has the right to reject any application it deems unsuitable for the competition.
