VIDEO GUIDELINES & CRITERIA

​​A) INNOVATION COMPETITION​

​

Video Presentation Guidelines

• The presentation can be either in English or Malay.

• The video should not exceed 5 minutes in length.

• The following details must be included in the video presentation:​

📍Project title and ID number

📍Names of team leader and members

📍Institutional name and logo

📍Objective(s), problem statements, description about your product/design/idea

• Participants are encouraged to upload relevant documents related to the product/design/ idea such as patent application letter, papers, journals in ONE PDF file.

• Video Settings:

📍The video must be uploaded to the YouTube channel.

📍Set the privacy setting to 'UNLISTED' if you want to restrict the audience to those who have the link only.

📍Must be uploaded as one single file with high definition (HD)

📍Duration: Maximum of 5 minutes

• Participants are required to submit the link of the video presentation and other details using the button below.

• Deadline for video submission: 25 AUGUST 2025​​

B) RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM​

​

Video Presentation Guidelines

• All presentations are in English.

• The video should not exceed 10 minutes in length.

• The following details must be included in the video presentation:​

📍Project title and ID number
📍Names of all authors
📍Institutional name and logo

• Consider including the following elements:

📍Introduction with research objectives (approximately 1 minute)
📍Methodology (approximately 2-3 minutes)
📍Results (approximately 3-4 minutes)
📍Discussion and Conclusion (approx. 1-2 minutes)
📍Acknowledgements (optional, within the time limit)
📍References
📍Contact Information (optional, as a final slide)

• Participants are encouraged to upload relevant documents related to the research project, such as patent application letters, research papers, and journal articles, in ONE PDF file.

• Video Settings:
